QUESTION

Please I need to know what workouts I should do and how times, and what's your diet like? I'm a size 6-8 now I dunno if I should gain weight or workout, I sooooo want an ass like yours.

Hello Michelle,actually naturally I have big ass,by exercising my ass have real changed,it looks better and is really  toned and shaped right,try to do these exercise to shape your ass and make it look better...
1.Try cardio by doing different exercise at the gym or on the road
2. Do squarts with a barbell.Start by placing your barbell on a squat rack about 3 to 5" (7.5 to 13 cm) below your shoulders. Move the spotter rails so that when you do your squats, the rail won't be in the way of your barbell.
  • Load equal weight onto each side and screw weight plates in to the place
3.Do dead lift by Adding weights to your barbell, being careful not to add too much weight until you get the form of this exercise correct. Stand with your feet beneath a barbell shoulder-width apart so that the balls of your feet are directly under the bar. Turn your toes and knees slightly outward for stability.
4.Do squats with Dumbbell.Hold 2 dumbbells in your hands and let your arms relax at your sides. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees, making sure that your knees line up vertically with your toes and don't extend out over your toes. Your toes and knees should angle slightly outward.
Try to do this 3-5 times a weak...15 reps and 3counts
