STAY SEXY IN SUMMER
Drink plenty of water! It is important to stay hydrated to keep yourself glowing inside and out.
Get lots of sleep! There are so many health benefits from getting a good night’s sleep so make sure to get at least 7 hours a night
Drink tea! Avoid sugary drinks such as soda, fruit drinks, and energy drinks. High levels of sugar can cause excessive bloating. Stick to drinking a nice cup of tea instead.
Protect your skin! Find a good everyday face moisturizer with SPF 15 or higher to protect your skin from sun damages. A tinted moisturizer with SPF is another great product to use when you don’t want to cake on makeup before going out to the pool/beach.
Exercise more! No matter how busy you are, find time to do AT LEAST 100 crunches of any kind and 50 squats everyday
