STAY SEXY IN SUMMER



  • Drink plenty of water! It is important to stay hydrated to keep yourself glowing inside and out.
  • Get lots of sleep! There are so many health benefits from getting a good night’s sleep so make sure to get at least 7 hours a night
  • Drink tea! Avoid sugary drinks such as soda, fruit drinks, and energy drinks. High levels of sugar can cause excessive bloating. Stick to drinking a nice cup of tea instead.
  • Protect your skin! Find a good everyday face moisturizer with SPF 15 or higher to protect your skin from sun damages. A tinted moisturizer with SPF is another great product to use when you don’t want to cake on makeup before going out to the pool/beach.
  • Exercise more! No matter how busy you are, find time to do AT LEAST 100 crunches of any kind and 50 squats everyday
