Hey Liz,running is the best workout,it works for all your body parts,thats why most runners have great bodies,secondly you can do simple exercise at home if you dont have gym membership,is good to have jumping ropes which is good cardio,also you can do push up,crunches,lunches and drink alot of water..make sure you try to do it daily
