It might be several reasons as to why your not loosing weight,do you drink alot of water,do you do alot of cardio,do you eat less carbohydrate and more protein and vegetable?What is your portion size,Do you try to eat your dinner before 8pm? Just ask your self all these questions...If you cut most of the carbs,greasy food,soda,sugar and exercise,your body will definitely start to loose fat
