Hello, i like your blog. But i am slender already and i want to gain abit of weight and loss my tummy which i hate and increase abit of my ass,hips and thighs. what diet and exercise can i do to increase and at the same time, lose my belly and muffin tops? Thank you...And you have a hot body..no homo haha!
Hey araf,thanx for your question,first of all you need to cut carbohydrate even if is alcohol don't consume alot of it,you know everybody is shaped differently my fat tend to go on my thighs,so what you have to do is to do alot of abs exercise like v-up in which you lay all the way down and bring your upper body,up and down,try push up,and crunches don't forget your cardio like jogging,running,aerobics is very good for total body workout ...the reason I have flat stomach is because I do alot of abs exercise,try to do abs exercise every day,not less than 4type of exercise,15counts and 3reps...try everyday even in your bedroom,since your slender you can still maintain your shape and try to tone your muscles by eating protein,less fat,fruits and vegetables.for more questions please email me at babelanta@gmail.com
Please I need to know what workouts I should do and how times, and what's your diet like? I'm a size 6-8 now I dunno if I should gain weight or workout, I sooooo want an ass like yours.
