Out of all the benefits of boxing, this is probably the most popular. Everyone is interested in weight loss and when boxing training became the hip new fitness class/training, a lot of people jumped in. i believe that boxing for weight loss is probably the biggest reason why the number of students in most gyms have increased.
But the popularity of boxing training for weight loss isn't unfounded. Boxing training really is great for weight loss. It's an intense sustained workout that burns a lot of calories. Classes usually last an hour or two and although it might seem slow in the beginning (depends on where you take your classes), soon enough you'll be sweating like you never have before,also boxing will help you to get the best arms.
