Myself I have trouble getting toned arms, i do a lot of lifting,so i
have very defined shoulders,actually is easy for me to get toned abs
than arms,I know for the fact most women don't have biceps or triceps,but
you have to do a lot of resistance and arms exercise almost everyday to tighten your arms,one thing you can do is to start lifting weight
regularly.do bench pressing or use chair.Follow these simple steps to help you out.
when it comes to abs is not so hard to get tight abs,first of all reduce sugar,and carbohydrate intake,drink a lot of water,and do alot of situps.try to do it everyday,100reps
