On weekends most people want to rest , run few errands,r just relax after long week,so we tend to eat and drink a lot on these days,Myself I sometime feel lazy to workout on weekend,but I usually like to start with stretching to jump start my day,is good to stretch,it really help before or after exercise,even when you had a long week it helps to reduce the tiredness of the muscles.
