Mr Karl making McCann's Irish Steel Cut oatmeal, it's all natural with no preservatives, high fiber with 4 grams of protein and zero cholesterol.
Simply boil 4 cups of water and add 1 cup of oats stirring slowly, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally until ready, less cook time for a firmer texture.
Cook until a creamy texture is reached.
Add raisins or any type of fruit with brown sugar or honey, mix together and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
