Hey Pendo ,I wanted to share with you what i had for breakfast,I mad e a green drink which is good to start your day,you really dont have to have a big meal for breakst this green drink will make you full and is healthy with combination of different vitamins,and so many more
I had Cucumber,kale parsley cilantro,2apples,half pound grapes,a carrot,lemon juice and apple juice
