Hey guys I just started dieting for two weeks now,actually is working,I have lost couple of inches on ma thighs(thats ma biggest issue) ,I have already lost 5pounds,and you can tell from ma new pictures.I look slimmer from last month.
Here is the deal,from Monday,try to diet with me for a week,everyday i will be posting ma exercise regimen,for a week,is going to be tough for few days,but if I can do it You can do it
PS,This diet has rules,no carbohydrates(No white Rice,Ugali,potatoes, beverages,pork,lamb,beef,pizzas,chapati,maandazi,burgers etc), try veggies,brown rice,whole wheat etc,also cut off all sugar(soda,beer,juice,only smoothies pure fruits )just water.No fat(bacon,no veggie oil try granola or olive oil,no 100%milk just 2%milk,no ice cream,no chocolate,no burritos,no fries or chips)no frying food just boil,broil or grill.STARTING MONDAY IS ON.
